    Great after-sales support!

    I bought a Ford S-Max from RDS Cars recently and had a good buying experience. Jason wasn't pushy at all with the sale and really left me to it while deciding whether I wanted to make the purchase. The car developed a slight fault after a drive to Wales - Jason was very helpful rectifying the fault and in a timely manor. Jason's a top-chap, I would recommend RDS to anybody + great after-sales support.

    I was looking for a first time car, I can say I am so pleased with the service delivered, Jason was so efficient and helpful, I spoke to him several times, he was happy to answer any queries, would definitely recommend him to others, very reliable service, thanks Jason.

    Brilliant garage

    Absolutely brilliant garage. Jason is very genuine no hard sell, left me to pick the car I wanted. It developed a little glitch (no fault of Jason's) just a sensor. Jason fixed it straight away. I now have my perfect car. I would recommend this garage to everyone.

    I purchased a antara in December 2024 from start to finish they were so helpful a friendly . I did hit a couple of problems but without any hesitation Jason had my car back to correct this problem on only a couple of days notice would highly recommend this garage to anybody

    Car sold when we turned up

    Not happy at all! I kept in contact all day by email saying I was interested in a car and was coming to view it. I kept him updated on time and when I would arrive. However, I get there and the car had been sold. Clearly didn’t ask the customers name and they must of assumed it was me. Terrible.

    Hi im sorry about the mix up and i did apologise to you. Your first message said you would be coming in after 10.30 am. Your second message asked could you come after 3pm, around 3.30pm a lady came in to say she was here to view the Clio, as we had been busy with customers all day we assumed that it was you. It only came to light that it was not you when you turned up later. We are really sorry about this, however we have many people contacting us saying they will call in and they never do. The only time we can reserve a car is when a deposit has been paid. Thanks
